01 / Programs

Three waysonto the floor.

One athlete chasing a single skill, a family who wants real coaching between seasons, or a program that needs a season built from scratch.

01 / ClinicsHalf & full day

Group clinics

Open registration or booked privately by a gym or school program. Small ratios, everybody moving.

  • Stunt groups, transitions, and pyramid
  • Standing and running tumbling progressions
  • Jumps, motions, and sharpness work
  • Film and feedback built into the day
02 / Private1:1 · 2–4

Private coaching

Built around the exact skill that's holding an athlete back — and the confidence underneath it.

  • Position-specific: flyer, base, back, tumbler
  • Video breakdown of every attempt
  • A written progression plan to take home
  • Weeknight and weekend scheduling
03 / ConsultingSeason-long

Program consulting

For gyms and school programs that want structure — not another practice that fills the time.

  • Season planning and practice architecture
  • Routine construction and choreography
  • Skill-progression and safety audit
  • Coach development and staff training

Things Day says.Out loud. On the floor.

Some days you base. Some days you fly. Either way you show up. — Day, on the squad

More kids on the floor. More doors open. That's the whole pitch. — Day, founder's note
A good cradle catches the body. A great one catches the trust. — Day, on what we're actually teaching

A session,not a highlight reel.

Twenty seconds from the floor at Illinois College — every group working at once, coach on the mat, everybody up.

05 / How a clinic runs

Five blocks.No standing around.

01

Check-in

Warm-up, then we see where every athlete actually is — not where the roster says they are.

02

Skill blocks

Tumbling, jumps, and motions in rotating stations so nobody waits in a line for a turn.

03

Stunt groups

Groups built on the spot by position and level, working full-out with a coach on every group.

04

Film

We film the reps and walk athletes through what to fix. The correction lands when they can see it.

05

The plan

Every athlete leaves with the next progression written down for their own coach and gym.

06 / Book

07 / Coach Day

Started with a roll of mat tape and a notebook.

CheerDays runs on a simple idea: athletes get better when somebody is actually watching the rep. Not counting it — watching it, correcting it, and handing them something to take home.

Day coaches competitive cheer in Illinois and runs every CheerDays session personally, from open clinics to private work with an athlete chasing a single skill. The first clinic ran at the Illinois College fieldhouse in Jacksonville, and the format hasn't changed since: small ratios, full-out reps, honest feedback.

Work with Day

08 / Questions

Before you book.

Who are the clinics for?

Competitive cheer athletes from youth through college, plus school and all-star programs booking a private session for their team. Athletes get grouped by level and position once we see them warm up, so mixed-level rosters are fine.

Do you travel to our gym?

Yes. Clinics run at your facility anywhere in northern and central Illinois, or at a venue we book. Travel beyond that is possible — ask.

What does an athlete need to bring?

Practice clothes, cheer shoes, water, and any braces or tape they normally practice in. We bring the mats and the plan.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on format, group size, and location. Send the form and we'll come back with an exact quote — no packages you didn't ask for.

Do you photograph and film sessions?

We film reps for coaching feedback and take photos for the site and social. If you'd rather your athlete not appear in anything public, tell us at check-in and we'll keep them out of it.
